1. Services
SCR Property Services provides handyman, decorating, plumbing, electrical, kitchen fitting, and smoke alarm installation services across Ivybridge and surrounding areas in Devon and Cornwall.
2. Quotations
All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after the initial assessment.
3. Booking & Scheduling
Work is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will agree a start date and estimated completion time before work begins. We aim to honour all agreed dates but may need to reschedule due to weather, supply delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed before work commences. For larger projects, staged payments may be required. We accept bank transfer and cash. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule at any time before work begins at no charge. If materials have already been purchased, you may be asked to cover those costs. Cancellations on the day of scheduled work may incur a reasonable cancellation fee.
6. Liability & Insurance
SCR Property Services is fully insured for public liability. We take reasonable care to protect your property during all work. Any accidental damage will be reported immediately and resolved through our insurance where applicable.
7. Guarantee
We take pride in our work and aim to resolve any issues promptly. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the work, please contact us within 14 days of completion so we can put it right.
8. Third-Party Products
Where we install products or materials supplied by the customer, we cannot accept liability for product defects. Manufacturer warranties apply separately.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
