SCR Property Services isn't a company — it's Craig Whetlor. One man with over twenty years of experience, a van full of tools, and a simple philosophy: show up, do it right, leave it clean.

## Meet Craig Whetlor

Craig started SCR Property Services over twenty years ago with a simple idea: be the tradesman he'd want to hire himself. Someone who answers the phone, gives a straight quote, turns up on time, does quality work, and cleans up afterwards. It sounds basic — but anyone who's tried to find a reliable [handyman](/services/handyman) knows how rare those qualities are.

Based in [Ivybridge](/service-areas/ivybridge), Craig has built his reputation one job at a time.
